The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has published an urgent notice regarding the registration process for the academic year 2082/083. This applies to students from regular, partial (old and new), and special technical education scholarship programs.

Who Must Register?

This notice is relevant to students enrolled in:

• Third-year regular examinations

• First- and second-year partial examinations

• Programs under affiliated, constituent, partnership, and community schools

• Approved private institutions running diploma/certificate programs such as:

  • Pharmacy

  • General Medicine

  • Lab Technician

  • Dental Science (Dental Hygiene)

  • Radiography

  • Ophthalmic Science

  • General Ayurvedic Medicine

  • Acupuncture

  • Acupressure & Moxibustion

  • Amchi

  • Physiotherapy

Students must complete ITMS online entry and submit their forms to the respective provincial offices within the given deadlines.

Note: Failure to register within the deadline will make students ineligible for the upcoming first-year, first-semester regular examinations of 2083.

Key Instructions

• ·Marksheets and admit cards are available at www.ctevtexam.org.np and must be verified before submission.

• Students who passed the 18-month pre-diploma exam by 2082 Ashoj 05 are eligible for diploma/certificate first-year exams.

• ITMS online entry is mandatory.

Registration Fees

• Regular Students: NPR 2,500 per student

• Partial Students: NPR 300 per student

• Constituent/Community/Partnership Schools: NPR 500 per student

All payments must be deposited into CTEVT’s bank accounts, and vouchers must be downloaded from www.ctevtexam.org.np.

3. Application acceptance form from ITMS

4. Copy of mark sheet and character certificate

5. Copy of citizenship or birth certificate

6. For SEE/equivalent foreign boards: equivalence certificate, migration certificate, embassy verification, passport pages (as applicable)

7. Admission proof for students admitted via entrance exam

8. Work authorization proof (for teaching/training students)

9. Recent color photograph (taken within 3 months)

• Voucher Upload (Regular): Up to 2082/06/17

• Form Submission with Late Fee: Up to 2082/06/24

• Voucher Upload with Late Fee: Up to 2082/06/25

Forms will not be accepted if fees are unpaid or vouchers not uploaded by the deadline.
