Public Service Commission (Lok Sewa Aayog) has announced an exciting opportunity for individuals aspiring to serve government. Vacancies for Section Officer (Sakha Adhikrit) and equivalent positions under the Gazetted Third-Class category are now open. These positions span various services, including the Civil Service, Federal Parliament Service, and National Human Rights Service. Candidates will be selected through competitive written examinations, skill tests, group tests, and interviews.
Application Process
Applications are accepted online via psconline1.psc.gov.np.
Deadline: 2081/09/16. Late applications are accepted until 2081/09/23 with a double fee.
Examination Details
Type: written exam, skill test, group test, and interview.
Centers:
Phase I: All PSC offices.
Phase II: Regional PSC offices, including Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Surkhet.
Fee Structure
NPR 1,200 per application.
NPR 400 additional fee for inclusive group applications.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Requirements
General: 21–35 years as of 2081/09/16.
Female and disabled candidates: Up to 40 years.
Educational Qualifications
Civil and Federal Parliament Services:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields. Specialized qualifications are required for certain groups.
National Human Rights Service:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant areas.
Documents Needed
Educational certificates in PDF format.
Citizenship certificate (front side in JPG format).
Documents for inclusive group eligibility.
