Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Branch Manager (Level 8): Master’s degree in Economics, Law, Management, or IT with first division + 4 years of officer-level experience in an A-Class financial institution.

• Business Officer (Level 6): Master’s degree in Economics, Commerce, or Management.

• MIS Officer (Level 6): Master’s degree in Management (Computer/IT specialization).

• Legal Officer (Level 6): Bachelor’s degree in Law + Advocate license.

• Computer Officer (Level 6): Bachelor’s in Computer Science (IT, Engineering, or Science faculty).

• Loan Officer (Level 6): Master’s in Agriculture, Forestry, or Animal Science.

• Accountant (Level 4): 10+2 (Management/Economics) + 3 months of basic computer training.

Work Location & Service Bond

• Officers & Assistants must serve a minimum of 5 years in the designated province before requesting a transfer.
