The Public Service Commission (PSC), Lok Sewa Aayog, Nepal has officially announced vacancies for Gazetted First and Second Class (Technical and Non-Technical) positions under the Civil Service, Federal Parliament Service, Health Service, and National Human Rights Service.
Eligible Nepali citizens are invited to apply online through the official PSC application portal: psconline1.psc.gov.np.
Appointments will be made through open competitive and internal competition examinations, as per existing laws and regulations.

Written test, case presentation/in-basket exercise, and interview (as per prescribed curriculum)

Application fees can be paid:
Online via ConnectIPS, mobile banking, or QR payment
Offline by depositing the printed voucher into designated banks
Citizenship certificate (front side – JPG format)
Academic certificates (SEE/SLC to highest degree – PDF format)
Experience and training certificates (PDF format)
Professional license (if applicable)
Equivalence certificate (for foreign degrees)
Passport-size photograph
Each document must be under 500 KB and uploaded according to PSC portal guidelines.
Written Examination – Based on the official syllabus for each post
Minimum 40% in each paper and 50% overall aggregate required
Case Study / Presentation / In-Basket Exercise – For First Class positions
Interview – For candidates who pass the written stage
Final Selection – Based on total marks from written and interview

Groups: Justice, Law, Government Attorney, Administration, Auditing, and Federal Parliament Administration
Recruitment Type: Internal and Open Competitions
Special Categories: Women, Madhesi, Dalit, and Backward Area
Engineering Service: Civil, Highway, Irrigation, Electrical, Mechanical, Mining, Geology
Agriculture & Forestry Services: Crop Development, Veterinary, Plant Protection, General Forestry
Health Service (11th Level): Chief Consultant Specialists in Nephrology, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gynecology, Surgery, Oncology, etc.
Judicial & Administrative Services: Justice, Law, Government Attorney, Foreign Affairs, Auditing, and Revenue
Includes Open, Internal, and Inclusive categories (Women, Indigenous, Madhesi, Dalit, Persons with Disabilities, etc.)
Engineering, Agriculture, Forestry, Education, Miscellaneous, Federal Parliament Technical, and Health Services (9th Level) positions.
Specialties include Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Geological, Veterinary, Pharmacy, and Nursing sectors.
Must be a permanent government employee in the related service
Minimum 5 years of continuous service in the respective class level
Performance evaluation grade: “Good” or above in the last 5 years
No disciplinary penalties in the last 3 years
Must hold the required academic degree and valid professional license
Must be a Nepali citizen
Meet the age limit and educational requirements as per the service regulation
Must possess valid professional registration (Engineering, Medical, Nursing, Agriculture, etc.)
Should have no criminal record and be physically and mentally fit
In accordance with the Civil Service Act 2049 and Inclusion Regulation 2067, the following quotas are applied:

Candidates must provide valid proof of belonging to the claimed category. Each applicant can apply under only one inclusion category per position.
All written examinations for Gazetted First and Second Class positions will be held in Kathmandu Valley.

Candidates must bring their admit card and photo ID (citizenship or passport).
Use of mobile phones, calculators, smartwatches, or electronic devices in exam halls is strictly prohibited.
