1. Eligibility Criteria

• Only students who have achieved a minimum GPA of 1.6 in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) are eligible to register.

• The official registration form format can be downloaded from the NEB official website (www.neb.gov.np).

2. Required Documents

• A certified copy of the SEE Grade Sheet (Class 10) signed and verified by the school principal must be attached with the registration form.

3. Registration Fee and Deadlines

• Without late fee: Rs. 400 per student

  • Deadline: 2082 Kartik 16 (or the next working day if a public holiday)

• With late fee: Rs. 800 per student

  • Extended deadline: 2082 Kartik 30 (or the next working day if a public holiday)

The registration fee must be deposited into the respective NEB office account before submission.

4. Form Submission Timeline

• Schools must submit all registration forms and bank vouchers (or online payment vouchers) to their respective NEB office by 2082 Mangsir 7.

• Forms submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

5. Online Entry Procedure

• Schools must enter student details online through the Grade 11 Subject Registration section available on the NEB website.

• Online entry period: From 2082 Kartik 11 to 2082 Mangsir 7.

6. Additional Subjects

• Students wishing to take additional subjects must clearly specify them in the registration form.

7. For Newly Affiliated Schools

• Newly affiliated schools permitted to conduct Grade 11 classes must first obtain their official school code from the NEB office before performing the online registration.
