The National Examinations Board (NEB), Office of the Controller of Examinations (Class 11 and 12), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has officially announced an extension of the deadline for submitting subject registration forms for students admitted to Class 11 in the academic year 2082/83.

Previously, NEB had directed schools to deposit the required fee in NEB’s bank account and, along with the bank voucher, fill out and submit the online subject registration forms within the given time frame. However, due to the delay in the distribution of SEE supplementary examination certificates, NEB has decided to extend the submission deadline.

Updated Deadlines and Fees

• Without Late Fee: Rs. 400 per student, up to the end of Kartik 2082

• With Late Fee: Rs. 800 per student, up to Mangsir 7, 2082

Form Submission Process

• Deposit Fee: Schools must deposit the applicable amount in NEB’s designated bank account within the revised deadline.

• Submit Forms: The subject registration forms should be submitted to the respective NEB offices along with the bank voucher.

• Online Entry: Schools must complete the online/e-line entry and submit the printed forms with receipts to the concerned NEB offices by Mangsir 10, 2082.

Instructions to NEB Offices

All regional and district NEB offices are instructed to notify schools under their jurisdiction and ensure proper implementation of the revised schedule.

This extension provides schools and students with much-needed flexibility to complete the registration process without additional stress. Students are advised to complete the process within the given time to avoid complications.
