The National Examination Board (NEB), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has published an important notice regarding subject registration for Grade 11 for the academic session 2082/83.

According to the previous notice, students seeking admission to Grade 11 in the academic session 2082/83 must have achieved a minimum GPA of 1.6 in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE – Grade 10) results published on 2082/06/27.

However, since it will take additional time to integrate the grade sheets of partial (grade increment) examinees—students who appeared in the SEE exam as regular candidates in 2080 or earlier and later improved their grades or were “Graded” in the SEE 2081 examination—NEB has provided a special provision.

Such students may submit the Grade 11 subject registration form by attaching a grade sheet showing at least the prescribed minimum GPA or “Graded” status in all subjects. Schools and concerned authorities are instructed to accept these forms accordingly.

• Notify schools within their respective areas about this update.

• Ensure the notice is followed and implemented as per the guidelines.
