SEE Grade 10 Exam Form Fill-Up Notice 2082

The Government of Nepal, National Examinations Board (NEB), Office of the Controller of Examinations, Grade 10, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has published an official notice regarding the filling and submission of examination forms for the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2082.

Students enrolled in Grade 10 for the academic session 2082, including those studying in open, alternative, non-formal adult schools, and technical stream schools, are required to fill and submit their examination application forms between 2082 Kartik 17 and 2082 Mangsir 16.
The
examination fee has been set at Rs. 500 per student.

This notice is issued for the attention of all Education Development Directorates, Education Development and Coordination Units, local-level education offices, schools, and students.


1. For Regular Students (General, Traditional, and Technical Streams)

Students currently studying as regular Grade 10 candidates must submit their forms to their respective schools with:

  • Two recent passport-size photos certified by the principal

  • Copy of registration stub

  • Copy of Basic Level (Grade 8) completion certificate (from 2080 or earlier)

  • Copy of birth registration certificate, certified by the principal


2. For Open, Alternative, and Non-Formal Adult School Students

As per the Distance/Open Learning Program Directive (2063) and Non-Formal Adult Schools Directive (2065), students must:

  • Attach certified documents verifying eligibility and enrollment

  • Submit two passport-size photos

  • Include a copy of the birth certificate (student must be at least 16 years old by the end of Chaitra 2082)

  • Submit forms through their respective schools with the examination fee

  • The Education Coordination Unit will verify school permissions and ensure compliance with the directives before approving submissions.


3. Age Requirement

To appear in the SEE 2082, candidates must have completed 14 years of age by the end of Chaitra 2082.


4. School Responsibilities

Schools must:

  • Verify and confirm correct details (name, date of birth, subjects)

  • Arrange forms alphabetically in English order

  • Attach the examination fee voucher or cash receipt

  • Submit all documents to the Education Development and Coordination Unit by 2082 Mangsir 21


5. Revenue Deposit Deadline

The Education Development and Coordination Units must deposit the collected examination fees to the bank by 2082 Mangsir 22 under Revenue Head No. 14224.


6. Data Entry and Submission

The units must enter all form data into the computer system, verify it, and send an electronic copy to the:

  • National Examinations Board, Office of the Controller of Examinations (Grade 10), and

  • Concerned Education Development Directorate by the end of Poush 2082.


7. Admit Card and Examination Center

  • Each student will receive an eight-digit registration symbol number.

  • Schools must distribute admit cards to students before the examination.

  • The examination centers will be finalized by 2082 Magh 7 in coordination with NEB and the local Education Directorate.

  • Technical stream schools will be prioritized as exam centers.

Center Capacity Guidelines:

  • Remote/Himalayan areas: at least 150 student

  • Hill areas: at least 250 students

  • Terai, Inner Madhesh, and Valley: 300–400 students per center


8. Form Verification and Distribution

Schools must safely keep the office copy of each form for NEB verification when required.
The
Education Coordination Unit will assign symbol numbers and distribute student copies through schools.


9. Important Restrictions

  • Students must fill the form only from the school where they are enrolled.
    Multiple submissions from different schools will result in cancellation.

  • Transfer students must be recorded separately and reported to NEB and the relevant Education Directorate.

  • Students failing to submit forms within the given timeline will not be allowed to sit for the SEE 2082 exam.


10. Practical Marks and Revenue Submission

Schools must submit practical marks, documents, and revenue details to their Coordination Unit by the end of Magh 2082.
The units must then send all data, including ineligible student details, to NEB by
2082 Falgun 7.


11. Grade Improvement Candidates

Students eligible for grade improvement may fill forms only for the required subjects:

  • 2079 batch: Subjects with D or E grade or those marked absent

  • 2080 batch: Subjects with NG (Not Graded) or absent

    They must attach:

  • Copy of registration slip

  • Copy of grade sheet

  • Two passport-size photos
    Note: Grade improvement forms must be filled in yellow color only
