Background and Legal Considerations

Following the mandamus order issued by the Honorable Supreme Court on 2079/10/24 (Writ Petition No. 078-WO-0662) and related certiorari petitions concerning Nepal Police Headquarters and opposing parties, legal arrangements are being made to maintain inclusivity.
