Nepal Telecom Company Limited (NTC) has officially announced job vacancies through an open and inclusive competitive examination. This recruitment follows the approval of the Public Service Commission and aligns with the Employee Regulations of Nepal Telecom Company Limited, 2078 (including amendments). Eligible Nepali citizens are invited to apply online.
Application Process
Interested candidates who meet the qualifications and are not disqualified as per Regulation 17 can apply online through the official website of Nepal Telecom: www.ntc.net.np or recruit.ntc.net.np.
Applicants must submit scanned copies of the following documents:
Nepali citizenship certificate
Recent passport-size photograph
Specimen signature
Minimum educational qualification certificates
Relevant training and experience certificates
Council registration certificate (if required for the position)

Minimum Qualifications Required
1. Officer-Level Positions (Deputy Manager, Senior Engineer, Senior Accounts Officer, etc.)
Deputy Manager (Telecom): Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, etc.), Nepal Engineering Council registration, and at least five years of officer-level experience. Ph.D. holders require only three years of experience.
Deputy Manager (Administration): Master’s degree in a relevant field with at least five years of officer-level experience. Ph.D. holders require only three years of experience.
Deputy Manager (Accounts): Master’s degree in Management, Commerce, or Business Administration with at least five years of officer-level experience. Ph.D. holders require only three years of experience.
Senior Engineers (Telecom & Civil): Master’s degree in the relevant field, Nepal Engineering Council registration, and five years of officer-level experience.
Senior Accounts Officer (CA): Chartered Accountancy certification from a recognized institution and registered with ICAN (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal).
2. Engineer and Officer-Level Positions (Level 7-6)
Telecom Engineer (Electronics & Communication, Computer, Electrical): Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with Nepal Engineering Council registration.
Engineer (Civil & Architect): Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering with Nepal Engineering Council registration.
Assistant Administrative Officer: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
Assistant Business Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Commerce, or Business Administration, or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
Assistant Accounts Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Commerce, or Business Administration.
3. Technician and Assistant-Level Positions (Level 5-3)
Overseer: Diploma or Certificate Level in Civil, Architecture, or Survey Engineering.
Assistant: SEE/SLC or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 2.0.
Telecom Technician: SLC or equivalent, plus training in telecom-related fields from Nepal Telecom’s training center or Level 2 Skill Test certification.
Junior Technician: Class 10 pass with relevant training or Level 1 Skill Test certification.
Age Limit
Officer-level (Level 6-7): 21-35 years (40 years for female and differently-abled candidates).
Assistant-level (Level 3-5): 18-35 years (40 years for female and differently-abled candidates).
Senior Positions (Level 8-9): No upper age limit.
Special Notice
As per the Supreme Court’s mandamus order on 2079/10/24, positions will be filled according to applicable legal provisions.
